The book How to Train Your Dragon is funny and very intense. It's a story about a boy name Hiccup and and how he came from a nobody into a hero that kill the biggest dragon on the planet.
The book start when 10 boys, including Hiccup, was out to catch a dragon and they have to train their dragon for Thor'sday Thursday. In this event, they will have to show that they can train their dragon to become an official member of the Hooligan Village, which there were only Vinkings. But if they fail, they will be thrown into the exile and into a miserable and full of death world. So the event of catching a dragon wasn't going as plan and it was the worst catch ever. But they all manage to make it out a life from the disaster.
Their assessment is to train the dragon they got and prepare for Thor'sday Thursday, so our main character, Hiccup, had difficulty because Toothless, his dragon, won't listen to him. But he got a just a little luck. On the Thor'sday Thursday, because of toothless that started a fight, that fight was also followed by Snotlout's, who hates hiccup, dragon also continued the fight. Because the boys wasn't able to tell their dragon to stop the fight, they're all fail. And they got the whole left of the day to pack up and get ready to be thrown into the exile.
The next day, their luck turned up, there were 2 Seadragonus Giganticus Maximus dragons appear on the beach near their village, and the failed boys made a plan to fight back both the 2 sleepy dragons. In this plan, Hiccup even nearly got killed, but for all the boys' bravery, they all pass the teat and got into either tribe, the Hooligan are the Meathead tribe. And they killed both the 2 Seadragonus Giganticus Maximus dragons.
I like this book because of what is the event. The book always give me excitement to read more and more. I also never knows what will happen, I thought that the story have to go in this way, but suddenly, it went another way. I love the adventure of boy who comes from zero to a hero. There were also a lot of many hilarious events. Basically, I had found out more joy from reading this book.
